• An additional shipping fee will be applicable, unless stated otherwise at the time of checkout.
• Free Shipping: May be available during special promotions, which will be clearly mentioned at the time of purchase.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) will be available at an additional charge. COD availability may also vary based on location.

• It is our endeavour that orders will be processed and dispatched within 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
• Delivery is estimated to take 7 to 10 business days from dispatch, depending on the location and courier service availability.
• In some cases, orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately based on stock availability.

• We use trusted and reliable courier services only, to ensure safe and timely delivery.
• While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, Terrapy is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or external factors beyond our control.

If delivery is not possible due to reasons such as:

• Inaccessibility of the delivery area
• Poor courier service in the region
• Unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, strikes, etc.) *Terrapy reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. Customers will be notified in such cases.

All products are inspected and securely packaged before being handed over to our trusted delivery partners to ensure they reach you in the best possible condition.
