Meno Ease Coconut Basil Drink

Ingredients:

1 sachet Menopause Support

1 cup coconut water

1 tsp basil seeds (sabja)

2–3 fresh mint leaves

A few ice cubes (optional)


Method:

Soak basil seeds in water for 10–15 minutes until they swell.

In a glass, add coconut water and the soaked basil seeds.

Lightly crush mint leaves between your fingers and add to the drink.

Add ice cubes if desired and mix gently.

Once the drink is slightly cool (not cold), add Menopause Support and stir well until fully dissolved.

Serve immediately.
