Refunds & Cancellation Policy
At Terrapy, we strive to ensure a seamless experience for our customers. Please review our Refunds & Cancellation Policy to understand our processes for cancellations, refunds, and returns.
Cancellation Policy
- Once an order is shipped, cancellations will NOT be allowed.
- For COD orders, failure to accept delivery may result in the suspension of future COD privileges.
Refund & Return Policy
Terrapy does not accept returns except in cases of:
- Product damage during transit
- Incorrect product shipment
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must:
- Notify us at support@terrapy.in within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Provide clear photos/videos showing the damaged or incorrect item, packaging, shipping label, and invoice.
- Once verified, we will initiate a replacement of the product.
- If a replacement is not possible (e.g., out of stock), a refund will be processed.
- Refund amount will reflect in the original mode of payment method within 14 business days.
- For COD orders, we will refund the amount to your bank account within 14 business days of upon approval of a refund request.
Non-Returnable Conditions
- Products that have been used, opened, or have tampered seals are not eligible for return.
- No refunds or exchanges will be provided for reasons such as personal preference or change of mind.
Payment Methods
We accept:
- Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, One Card, etc.)
- Net Banking & UPI
- Digital Wallets
- Cash on Delivery (COD) (additional charges apply)
- For instalment-based packages, recurring deductions will be processed as per the agreed cycle at the time of payment through our payment gateway partners.
Insurance
- Terrapy provides transit insurance for all shipments. This insurance is valid only until the package is delivered.
- After delivery, Terrapy holds no responsibility for product loss, damage, or theft.
