Product Pricing
- Prices for all Terrapy products are displayed on our website and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.
- We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice. However, the price applicable to your order will be the one displayed at the time of checkout.
- Any discounts or promotions will be explicitly mentioned on the product page and will be applicable for a limited period only.
Three-Month Packages (Products + Services)
Our three-month packages include a combination of Terrapy products along with services such as expert consultations, guided wellness plans, and AI-powered health tracking tools.
Package Pricing & Payment:
- Prices may vary based on the combination of products and services included in each package.
- Full payment is required upfront unless an instalment plan (EMI) is explicitly mentioned.
- Customers opting for instalment(EMI) payments must adhere to the scheduled payment cycle to continue receiving services and products.
- EMI option will be available through our payment gateway partners.
Cancellation & Refund for Packages:
- Cancellations are not allowed once a package has been shipped.
- Refunds are not possible unless there is an issue with incorrect shipment, damaged goods or a service-related concern.
