
Cocoa Power Squares for PCOS
Ingredients:
1 sachet PCOS Comfort
8–10 dates (pitted)
2 tbsp oats powder
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp chopped nuts
Method:
Blend dates into a soft paste.
Add oats powder, peanut butter, and nuts.
Mix into a dough-like consistency.
Add PCOS Comfort and mix evenly.
Roll into small bite-sized balls and refrigerate for 15–20 minutes.
