
PCOS Cocoa Crunch Bowl
Ingredients:
1 sachet PCOS Comfort
1 cup thick yogurt or Greek yogurt
1 tbsp chopped nuts
1 tsp pumpkin or sunflower seeds
Method:
Whisk yogurt until smooth.
Add PCOS Comfort and mix until fully combined.
Top with nuts and seeds.
Serve immediately as a snack or breakfast.
