
Golden Mango Oats PMS Friendly
Ingredients:
1 sachet PMS Ease
½ cup rolled oats
1 cup milk or water
¼ cup chopped mango
1 tsp pumpkin seeds
Method:
Cook oats with milk or water until soft.
Allow it to cool slightly.
Add PMS Ease and mix well.
Top with mango pieces and seeds.
Serve warm.
