
PMS Mango Mood Parfait
Ingredients:
1 sachet PMS Ease
½ cup thick yogurt
¼ cup mango pulp
2 tbsp granola
1 tsp chia seeds
Method:
In a bowl, mix yogurt and mango pulp until smooth.
Add PMS Ease and stir well until fully combined.
In a glass, layer the yogurt mixture with granola.
Top with chia seeds and serve immediately.
