PMS Tropical Mango Chia Bowl
Ingredients:
1 sachet PMS Ease
1 cup coconut milk
1 tbsp chia seeds
¼ cup mango pulp
Method:
Mix chia seeds with coconut milk and refrigerate for 3–4 hours or overnight.
Once thickened, add mango pulp and mix well.
Add PMS Ease and stir until fully dissolved.
Serve chilled.
