
Banana Oat Calm Bowl
Ingredients:
1 sachet Mind Calm
½ cup rolled oats
1 cup milk or water
½ banana (sliced)
1 tsp nut butter
Method:
Cook oats with milk or water on low flame until soft.
Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
Add Mind Calm and mix well.
Top with banana slices and nut butter.
Serve warm.
