
Chocolate ThyroVital Energy Laddoos
Ingredients:
1 sachet ThyroVital
8–10 soft dates (pitted)
2 tbsp roasted oats powder
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp peanut or almond butter
1 tsp ghee (optional)
Method:
Blend dates into a soft paste.
Add oats powder, cocoa powder, and nut butter.
Mix everything into a dough-like consistency.
Add ThyroVital and mix evenly.
Roll into small laddoos and refrigerate for 15–20 minutes before serving.
